- Referral for prenatal ultrasound as indicated.
- Nutritional counseling for pregnancy, birth and postpartum recovery.
- Natural, individualized childbirth preparation.
- Referrals to complementary health providers and community resources.
- Home birth, birth center, water birth.
- Support throughout active labor, birth and immediate postpartum by CNM and birth assistant.
- Newborn physical assessment, including Vitamin K injection and ophthalmic ointment.
- Knowledgeable breastfeeding support.
- Newborn metabolic screening, jaundice (if indicated), newborn hearing screen and congenital heart defect screening at two day home visit.
- Postpartum visits at two days, two weeks and six weeks.
- Birth certificate filed with Vital Statistics.
- Insurance billing available.
- Self-pay discount available for clients paying out of pocket.
Additional Services Include:
- Wellness exams and care for women of all ages - teens, moms and beyond.
- Family planning counseling and contraceptive prescriptions (including IUD)
- Testing and treatment of sexually transmitted infections.
